Community Involvement
Leisure Village committees are made up of dedicated resident volunteers who work alongside the Board and management to enhance our community. All residents are welcome — and encouraged — to get involved.
💰 Finance Committee
Reviews the Association's financial reports, budget proposals, and reserve fund allocations. Works closely with the Treasurer and management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
🏛️ Architectural Committee
Reviews resident requests for exterior home modifications and additions to ensure they align with community standards and architectural guidelines.
🎓 Education & Recreation Committee
Plans and coordinates educational seminars, recreational programs, and community activities that enrich residents' daily lives at Leisure Village.
🏗️ Buildings & Grounds Committee
Oversees the maintenance, repair, and improvement of community buildings, common areas, and grounds — helping keep Leisure Village well-maintained and beautiful.
